A smith in Hedeby worked one blade at a time and signed it. We do the same thing with a powder bed and a laser.
Every part here is printed, not moulded. That means no tooling, no minimum order, and no reason to freeze a design that could be better next month. When a customer finds a failure mode, the geometry changes and the revision number moves. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be justified.
It also means each part can be built like nothing subtractive can — closed lattice cores, internal channels, wall thicknesses that vary across a single face. The knotwork on the outside is not decoration. It is where we put the material.

One material, chosen once
Carbon-fibre-filled nylon 12, laser-sintered. Not the cheapest powder available, and the only one we run.

Every part ships bead-blasted and dyed through, so an abrasion scar shows black rather than white. Hardware is stainless throughout — no printed threads in anything that takes a load.
Where it gets made
Four sintering machines in one room, running overnight because that is when the power is cheap and the room is cold. A build takes about eleven hours. What comes out is a cake of grey powder with parts buried in it, and someone has to break it open by hand.
Then blasting, dyeing, hardware, and a lot of squinting at edges. A part that leaves here has been picked up by a person at least four times. That is not a manufacturing philosophy — it is just what the process needs.
